Our approach

At Badiliko we believe that:

  • Mental health is the foundation for emotions, thinking, learning, resilience and self-esteem.
  • Threats to mental health, such as experiencing prolonged stress and related psychological distress, pose threats to personal well-being which in turn pose a threat to occupational settings, organizations and society.

By adopting a psycho-social education approach to mental health, we help bridge psychological wellbeing, social and economic business needs alike. By psycho-social we mean training and coaching at both context and individual level. The interrelation of social factors (for example the work setting culture, norms, leadership) and individual thought and behaviour.

This approach requires multidimensional learning at the individual, team and organizational level (building awareness, best practices & culture) in occupational settings. This is why we offer training for self -development as well as in support of organizational (leadership) best well-being behavioral practices.
