At Badiliko, our Learning Philosophy is about ensuring that the learner will go through four phases in our training or coaching interventions:
- Gaining Self - Awareness and clarity on where he or she is standing at the moment with regards to the learning experience and topic.
- Acquiring insights or realisation for a shift or change in the current state of knowing, behaving or acting and finding a new way that is perceived as more helpful for personal progress and growth.
- Designing and moving to a concrete, specific action or action plan will allow the learner or coachee to make this shift happen.
- Implementing the action, goal or plan will allow the shift to become a solid, new reality.
Our interventions encompass several coaching or training sessions with periods of application in between. This yields a strong results than a one-off coaching session when it comes to the fourth step of implementation.
